The Elmira Vintage Guitar show began with the goal of creating a community of music enthusiasts by providing a venue to trade, sell, or show off equipment or products. The first show was in 2009 at the Elmira Lions Hall. We soon outgrew this space and moved to a much larger hockey rink at the Woolwich Memorial Centre. Over the past decade we have hosted thousands of attendees and hundreds of Exhibitors, many becoming repeat customers.
The Virtual guitar show is brought to you by the same people as the vintage guitar show but this time it’s all online. We are providing the same experience as past shows using an online events hosting platform called Hopin. Attendees can view exhibitor booths and interact face to face via video chat.
Attendees pay $5 and Exhibitors pay $40
Complete the Exhibitor Application form linked in the button below. After we review your details and confirm that you meet the requirements we’ll follow up with an email containing a link to an online contract and directions on how to submit the $40 exhibitor fee. After the signed contract and $40 fee have been received we will start working with you to help setup your virtual booth. You’re in!!
We want this show to be appealing to music enthusiasts so we expect exhibitors to offer a product or services relating to music, musical instruments, or the music industry in general.
We will host test runs of the show on Tuesday in October. These will look and feel exactly like the real show but will only be available to exhibitors. Exhibitors will get the chance to get comfortable with the platform and work out any technical requirements. We have a dedicated support person available to directly help you with any technical issues.
Attendee tickets will be available soon. If you’re keen, feel free to create an account at hopin. This will be required for all attendees and exhibitors.
